Ciclo di manutenzione per impianti dissalatori
Il ciclo si avvale di 3 prodotti specifici:
- Phase 1: detersivo alcalino che pulisce le membrane, rimuovendo lo sporco creatosi durante l'utilizzo (es. residui oleosi),
- Phase 2: disincrostante acido che rimuove il calcare e neutralizza l'alcalinità del Phase 1,
- Conservante: con azione battericida, rimuove i batteri e impedisce la loro ricomparsa prima della stagione successiva.
Questi prodotti possono essere utilizzati per due interventi differenti:
- Manutenzione ordinaria: consigliata quando si verifica un calo di resa del dissalatore. Prevede l'utilizzo di Phase 1, seguito da Phase 2, e infine da un abbondante risciacquo con acqua.
- Manutenzione straordinaria (invernaggio): quando si prevede di non utilizzare il dissalatore per diverso tempo o allo scopo di lasciarlo pronto per la nuova stagione. È consigliato il lavaggio con Phase 1 e Phase 2 prima di utilizzare il Conservante. Prima del riutilizzo durante la primavera è necessario risciacquare abbondantemente con acqua per rimettere in funzione il dissalatore.
È fortemente sconsigliato l'utilizzo su macchine a recupero di energia (es. Schenker e Spectra).
La confezione da 1 litro è la quantità appropriata per il trattamento di qualsiasi dissalatore per imbarcazione.
Ogni prodotto richiede 20 minuti per agire.
