802.10 €The choice of boat spotlight depends on the size of your boat and your navigation needs. For smaller boats, a compact spotlight with a range of 100-200 meters may be sufficient. For larger boats and for offshore navigation, we recommend spotlights with a range of over 500 meters and, ideally, with remote control functionality.
LED marine lights are significantly more energy-efficient than traditional models. They consume less power for the same light output, allowing you to use them longer without draining your boat's battery.
To protect your boat spotlight from corrosion, choose a model with an AISI 316 stainless steel housing, known for its high resistance to the marine environment. Regularly clean the spotlight with fresh water and a soft cloth to remove salt. You can also apply a specific stainless steel protectant for added protection.
Halogen spotlights are cheaper but less energy-efficient and have a shorter lifespan than LED spotlights. LED spotlights, while more expensive initially, offer greater energy efficiency, a longer lifespan, and a brighter light.
